Looking for English teachers and camp counsellors.

English For Kids®, a language institute in Vienna, is currently looking for native speakers for English Summer Programmes in Vienna and Lachstatt, Upper Austria.
Employment for the whole summer preferred.

• Duration
• Day Camps in Vienna
  15 – 26 July 2024
• Residential Camps in Upper Austria
  18 – 24 August 2024

General Requirements

• All candidates should
• be reliable, responsible and punctual
• have a genuine love working with children
• communicate effectively with staff, parents and campers
• have keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to speak English
• have excellent written and verbal skills

Job Description

On the average Monday through Friday,
5 – 6 hours a day day with 3 breaks in between.

English teachers
The applicants must have some formal experience in teaching English as a foreign language and hold an internationally recognized TEFL certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Some of the duties include
• Teach one- and two-week language sessions
• evaluate students' progress
• correct written assignments

Camp counsellors
An ideal job for sporty, energetic and outgoing young people who like outdoor activities, sports and games.

• Some of the duties include
• helping students with their assignments
• preparing and leading afternoon activities
  such as: arts & crafts, music, dance, sports, baking, field games
• motivating the kids to speak English
